- Connects you with 2-3 certified, local installers who can provide free assessments and quotes
- Provides information about energy-saving solutions (solar panels, heat pumps, insulation, boilers)
2.2 What We Do NOT Provide
- We do not install energy systems or provide installation services directly
- We do not guarantee eligibility for any government grant or scheme
- We do not guarantee that installers will contact you or provide quotes
- We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or conduct of third-party installers
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide:
- Accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms
- Valid contact details (email, phone, postcode)
- Honest answers about your property, income, and benefits status
3.2 Consent to Contact
By submitting a quote request, you consent to:
- Being contacted by 2-3 installers via phone, email, or SMS
- Your information being shared with vetted, certified installers
- Receiving follow-up communications about your inquiry
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use our website to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam information
- Harass, abuse, or threaten installers or our staff
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
4. Third-Party Installers
Important Notice
We act solely as an intermediary. All installation contracts, quotes, and work are between you and the installer. We are not a party to these contracts.
4.1 Installer Vetting
We require installers to hold relevant certifications (TrustMark, MCS, Gas Safe, etc.), but:
- We cannot guarantee the quality, reliability, or conduct of any installer
- You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring an installer
- We recommend verifying installer credentials, checking reviews, and obtaining multiple quotes
4.2 Disputes with Installers
Any disputes regarding:
- Pricing, quotes, or payment
- Installation quality or workmanship
- Timelines or project delays
- Warranty or after-sales support
Must be resolved directly with the installer. We are not liable for any issues arising from installer services.
5. Government Grants & Eligibility
5.1 Eligibility Assessment
Our eligibility checker provides an initial assessment only. It is not a guarantee of grant approval.
- Final eligibility is determined by the installer and grant scheme administrators
- Grant criteria, funding availability, and schemes may change without notice
- We are not responsible if you are ultimately deemed ineligible
5.2 Government Schemes
Information about government schemes (ECO4, GBIS, Boiler Upgrade Scheme, etc.) is provided for informational purposes only. We:
- Do not administer or control these schemes
- Cannot influence grant decisions or funding allocations
- Are not liable for changes to scheme rules, budgets, or closures
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Free Service for Homeowners
Our eligibility checker and lead generation service is 100% free for homeowners. You will never be charged by us for:
- Using our website or eligibility checker
- Being matched with installers
- Receiving quotes or assessments
6.2 Installer Fees
Installers may charge for their services. Any costs, quotes, or payment terms are agreed directly between you and the installer. We have no involvement in pricing or payments.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including:
- Text, images, graphics, logos, and design
- Code, software, and functionality
- Branding, trademarks, and trade names
Is owned by UK Energy Partnership or our licensors and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may NOT reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
